Public Offer

This document is a public offer (the "Offer") made by Mangabox ("we", "us") to any individual ("you", the "User") to enter into an agreement for a Pro subscription on the terms set out below. Payment for the Pro subscription constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.

Mangabox grants the User access to Pro-tier features of the Service for the paid period selected at checkout. Every plan combines a term (in days) with a chapter balance: while the balance lasts, the free daily chapter limit does not apply. The exact number of days and chapters of each plan is shown before payment. When the balance runs out the subscription remains valid, but reading returns to the free daily limit until the balance is topped up; chapters already read stay open and do not consume the balance again. Unused days and chapters are added on top of any remaining balance when a new plan or chapter package is purchased. The subscription is a digital service delivered electronically and activated automatically upon successful payment.

Subscriptions are ordered and paid for through the payment methods available in the Service, including Uzum Bank and other supported local payment systems. The price of the Pro subscription is displayed before payment. By completing payment, the User confirms they have read and accepted this Offer and our Terms of Use.

• Mangabox undertakes to activate Pro access promptly after payment is confirmed by the payment provider
• The User undertakes to provide accurate payment details and not to share their account access with third parties
• Mangabox may suspend access in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or violation of the Terms of Use

Mangabox is not liable for delays in service activation caused by the User's payment provider, bank, or communication network. Mangabox's liability under this Offer is limited to the amount paid for the subscription period in question.

This Offer is valid for as long as it is published on this page. Mangabox may amend the Offer at any time; changes take effect for subscriptions purchased after publication. The User may cancel auto-renewal at any time; the current paid period remains active until its end date.

Any disputes arising from this Offer are resolved through negotiation via our support channel below. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Mangabox hereby informs its clients and partners about the measures taken to prevent and limit the risks of fraudulent transactions, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the requirements of the Bank.

Mangabox controls and limits suspicious transactions in the following ways:

• checking payments and transactions for signs of fraud
• limiting transactions flagged as suspicious by the Bank's security system
• using secure data transmission channels and modern information security tools
• identification and verification of clients when payments are made
• temporary suspension of transactions when a risk of fraudulent activity is detected
• cooperation with the Bank to prevent unauthorised transactions
• compliance with the requirements of the Internet Acquiring Agreement and internal security rules

The User undertakes to:

• not disclose their personal data, passwords, or confirmation codes to third parties
• report suspicious transactions without delay
• follow the rules for safe use of electronic payment systems

Mangabox reserves the right to limit or decline a transaction if signs of fraud or a violation of security requirements are detected.
